I have a w/mo, should I use this or gladiators defense as my elite skill?

That is a tough choice, as we all know every 40 armour is 1/2 damage, now its not spamable but even with 10 seconds on 10 seconds off i think its more than effective, however for that to work you need to have a 12 in protection, as a w/m thats going to cost you 91 or so skill points, so you best bet may still be gladiators.

If you want defensive go with this one. glads dodges for 1/3 of the time, this just negates the damage if comboed with a shielding hands. this opens a few options like balth spirit (why are you getting attacked?), which will let you roll in the energy. The longer duration is also good, perhaps mixing between shield and hands would be good.
Shield of Delflection might be a good one for a monk warrior. The extra al pushes you to a warriors 80, and watch yourself to 100, and the 70% dodge chance is great. The 5s recharge means its continuously usable, and being a mo primary, youve got the energy. Whatsmore, its an enchant dodge, so stacking something like bonettis is just an easy 100% dodge.

Just out of curiosity, but although this spell only stays active for 10 seconds, couldn't Blessed Aura at 37% (16 Divine Favor) and a focus item that makes enchantments last 20% longer increase the duration of this spell to about 15 seconds or so?

Gladiators defense is 75%. Save your points for healing prayers instead of protection imho

Completelt BAD-f*kin AZZ with a W/mo hammer. Pump up protection prayers and get it to 11 Cast this then Voila--use healsignet like 3 times WITHOUT - 40Armor PENALTY (as this GIVES you +40 ). I'm a healing hands fan but this is awesome as it's lke a turbo charged (+9 pips!)Healing Breeze and Dolyak Sig rolled into one, keeping my skill points into 3 catagories instead of 5

uhhm the point is to consolodate skills in fewest areas--not to spread points around. This does the job of HB and more (itd be real stupid to have Heal sig+SOR+HB (lmao). Having HB means i need to put 9(!) points in Healing Prayers for it to be effective. No thx--ill put 12 in Protection prayers and Tactics/ for the healing.
All ya need is Heal Sig and SOR and your good (W/mo). You may have a point with another class combo.........

Well i think like already pointed out, its handy using SoR although with that 12 in protection its not worth it + glads defence is more than slightly handy ITS DRILLS .
Good for 2 kinds of people, ME & Riptose warriors. Not saying that they suck, they are very effective. but they need to get a real build like Toucher JK of coarse, it just isnt overly creative or fun. Ill leave it too you if you want to play riptose but i dont care for them.
PS i know im digging up burried bones =P
